[Fiware-apps] software related deliverables ready for submission?

Dear colleagues,
We generated now the pre-final set of documents - although we didn't receive an official "GO" from TID - but I think we can't wait for that for our final internal review.

You will download a rar-file with all of the docs on this link. The rar file does as well integrate the open specifications.

Please veto again until tomorrow, Friday, 17. Mai 2013 10:00 a.m. if you think we did something wrong or you need more time to edit last changes.

Everything what is edited after Friday, 17. Mai 2013, 10:00 a.m. will most probably not go for to the final submission.

Markus will have as well a final review and might approach you with questions or change request.
In the end we will then send this to TID for final submission ASAP.

So there might be still road blockers ahead, but so far It seems that we can manage to submit this to the EC by the end of this week.

Dear colleagues,

I know there are a lot of parallel tracks, so we should try to close the things that we actually can as soon as possible.

Our current assumption is that the EC will not accept deliverables that are delivered past the 17th of May (Friday this week) - therefore we should really focus on finalizing everything as good and as complete as we can until then.

We will send out the current status and open points one by one for the pending deliverables to make this a bit transparent.



The first one is the easiest one: software related deliverables - as we already invested into this to prepare this thoroughly



Please have again a final look if we complied it correctly (by directly following the front page links). We introduced relevant "executive summaries"



There are still some open points (that we currently see) from THALES (software delivery itself), ATOS, TI and SAP (user and programmer guide) - if you have additional open points, let us know!



Please veto ASAP, but until Thursday noon the latest, if you think we should not submit this.
