[Fiware-apps] FI-WARE Catalogue access and entries

Dear colleagues providing GEs in V2.X,

soon there will be new guidance and related actions to update entries in the catalogue http://catalogue.fi-ware.eu/enablers?chapter_tid=1

.... but we can as well start with the obvious things independent to central guidance of TID - in the end this will as well help us to prepare the review!



Please for the new GEs and as well for the ones that provided anything in v2.2:

-          Make you again familiar with the catalogue system and how to edit stuff there

-          Apply and register for an account on the system in order to allow changes (if you didn't do this before)

-          Especially talk to your company internal decision makers to prepare the relevant statements on the "Terms and Condictions" tab - related dimensions are

o   Experiments within FI-PPP

o   Open innovation lab

o   External availability

ð  Example at http://catalogue.fi-ware.eu/enablers/application-mashup-wirecloud/terms-and-conditions

-          Integrate the link to software binary for v2 which is presented in http://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fi-ware-private/index.php/D.3.2.2_FI-WARE_SW_Release_report in your existing entries



My analysis shows the following needed changes (which might still



-          TI/THALES Mediator_TI http://catalogue.fi-ware.eu/enablers/mediator-mediatorti

o   Unclear if THALES contribution should be represented here or with a separate entry - needs to be clarified ASAP and acted upon

o   Terms and conditions does not follow the proposed structure (see above)

-          DT http://catalogue.fi-ware.eu/enablers/service-mashup-mashup-factory

o   Terms and conditions does not follow the proposed structure (see above)

-          EAB http://catalogue.fi-ware.eu/enablers/service-composition-ericsson-composition-engine-ece

o   First rough analysis: OK

-          UPM: Wirecloud

o   First rough analysis: OK

-          ATOS: LightSemantic Composition

o   First rough analysis: OK





NEW GEs UPM, iMinds, TID, SAP: please prepare the needed information - if not in the system, please use the fiware-apps wiki or a word template to compile the needed text and follow the



Currently there is still an internal approval process in place which prevents edits from being displayed - so my assumptions might be as well based on the wrong data - sorry for that.



And again: there might be more central guidance coming up from TID on this topics within the next days, but the topics mentioned above almost certainly will apply in any case.
