Hi all,

please consider to do a final effort to fix your inconsistencies and bring your content up-to-date.

Attention: The minor inconsistencies that are listed in red color in this XLS might nevertheless be reported to EC 1:1 in the RED color which I consider rather unfortunate then. So at least we from SAP try to avoid this and have corrected most red items already. Or let's hope we again do backlog printouts on paper and in black-white printing, would solve at least this red color problem :)

(In WPOL telco we have asked Manuel to send around a mail with the exact snapshot base _date_ when he draws his official snapshot exactly. He might send this around soon, but I suggest to please consider that the snapshot to be delivered to EC might be taken very asap....no real date was given.)

Dear Partners,

Attending the request received during the management board, a final effort is allowed to improve content and to fix inconsistencies in the backlog - dashboard views.

It would be much appreciated your taking action to fix ALL items marked red.
Please, if you had any doubt on the reason why a specific items is marked red, let me know.

It is also an opportunity for the IoT and Security chapters to better improve their backlogs, their current sprint planning level goes to 25% of the other chapters.
