Hello,

I share some news, not much here.:

1.     Next M33 Review
We have a meeting room for the rehearsal. It is Telefónica's office (Avenue des Arts, 20).
Meeting will start at 11:15-12:00.
Background info from previous meetings
=============================================
This is fixed now:

  *   Rehearsal: 16-17/Dec
  *   Review:    18/Dec
The EC conveyed the message that they want to assess the work done on an individual per partner basis (external availability, individual exploitation plans...) to see if the work in some GEis should be discontinued. This will have to be shared by the WPL/WPAs with the members of the chapters.
In principle, we expect same attendees as always. Nothing precludes other partners from attending (as Intel did in the past). Suggestion to the WPL/WPA to inform the partners on the focus on the next review in case any want to attend.
We will have to prepare a response to Lutz report and present it in the review.
AP: All the chapters to prepare for the review an explanation on what they have done in the catalogue since the receipt of Lutz' report.

2.     IA Book 2014

We are invited to submit papers to this book. FI-WARE should consider sending one or more contributions.

>From the  announcement:

Authors are invited to submit full or short papers that fall into, or are related to a group of Future Internet subjects and at least one of the networked system and service areas that are listed below. Within the structure of the book, the following topics will be covered:

· Softwarization of Infrastructures for Future Internet

·         Future Internet foundations

·         Applications and Experimentation

More information at http://www.future-internet.eu/fiabook

Long ones (12 pages) y short ones (8 pages)

Schedule:

·         12th January 2014 - Submission of contributions

·         9th February 2014 - Notification on acceptance

·         18th February 2014 - Camera-ready copies due

· 18th March 2014 - Book publishing (e.g. coordinated with the timing of the FIA Conference 2014 in Athens, Greece 18-20 March 2014)

We do not see a previous stage with abstract submission and fear that we could waste time.

AP: to check with the lead editors how to deal with this. And also number of contributions they expect from us (only one general overview or one general and several further elaborating on technical chapters, FI-LAB, application to Smart Cities, etc).
