Hi all, addition: please besides the hierarchy issue mentioned please I would like to share one observation when looking through the (preliminary) plans for R3.3: In General, I tend towards the opinion that sheer software features implementation activities should not be in Release 2.3 or only very rarely (= only days before project end), please plan carefully here that these features better are planned in R2.3. Until end of year (end of sprint 3.2.1, 3.2.2., 3.2.3) I would expect coming towards an end for developing new features. For the last sprints 3.3.1 until 3.3.3 I would more expect typical activities for ending a project or using the software developed (final testing, integration tests, docu completion, adoption by users of the GE, code cleanup etc), not activities for initial feature development. May be the partners that have joined later (iminds) can do this more, but for the others please explain if you intend to do so. Please adapt your R3.3. planning accordingly, if you share the observation. Best wishes Markus From: markus.heller at sap.com Sent: Donnerstag, 12. Overall we are now in a good position to close Release 2 stuff. Please fix the red entries most importantly for Release 2 and the current 3.1. (3.2 and R3.3 are only preview for now, they will be checked later by Manuel). You can find the review comments at the right side of the contents in each row. Reminder: Maybe the backlog entries might be used by the project coordinator for cost claim argumentation. So please do not forget to also add WORKITEMS etc to the backlog - not only features for software. This is currently not the case for all GE's, so please have an extra look on this for your GE's. Deadline: Monday 16.9. lunch time. The next telco 2 with manuel will be on 22.9 where overall completeness need to be achieved.
