Hi Javier,

how strange, the copy process worked for all images I checked except for the “Consumer buying service theme” image.
Even if I try to update the image in the public wiki by hand I get the error message “The file is corrupt or has an incorrect extension. Please check the file and upload again.”
Can you generate a new version of the image and try to update the image in the public wiki by yourself?

The section “Use cases”, and its figure “Consumer buying service theme”, of the Architecture Oveview have not been transferred from the private to the public wiki. It contains some updates of the new functionality of the RSS GE about expenditure management.

we just transferred everything related to OpenSpecs, OpenAPISpecs and the Architecture Deliverable from our private wiki to the public wiki.

@ALL: Architecture Deliverable: Ready. Koen, Camille, Andreas Klein have mailed that they are ready (thx). So we from SAP can start with the next steps (copying to public wiki, generate WORD apps contribution for M36 partners). Please mail now otherwise.

@ALL: Please mail now ASAP if you want to make updates to Open Specs still today until EOB. Have not received any mails on this from you….

I would like to clarify with this mail how we proceed with the Architecture Deliverable and the Open Spec Deliverable for Apps chapter:



A)     D2.3.3 FI-WARE Architecture:

Juanjo has reviewed a WORD generated from private wiki. Torsten Leidig sent it per email to you and each partner has updated their contributions according to JH review until the deadline 22.4 (yesterday).

Next steps:

1.       Copy content from private wiki into public wiki

2.       Generate a WORD based on private wiki and sent to TID.





B)      D3.1.3 FI-WARE GE Open Specifications:

Juanjo advised us to go ahead with no delay and publish. We did not receive a review result with improvement needs or so and all partners do not need to do updates based on his Review.

Next step:

1.       Copy content from private wiki to public wiki



Action Items:

@ALL: You as partner have 1 more day and you need to make sure that all your needed updates are completed in the private wiki until tomorrow.
--> Deadline: Tomorrow EOB Thursday 24.4

@SAP: To simplify, SAP will carry out the listed next steps towards delivery. We will begin with this on Friday morning (25.4).
