[Fiware-apps] Recipes and FI-LAB blueprints availability

Dear WP3 Partners,

WPA has recently stressed the importance of making GEis available, and 
being able to show this to EC when they will review the project.
Therefore, I would need to collect information about both recipes and 
FI-LAB blueprints availability of your enablers.

Could you please provide me with the updated situation of your GEis in 
terms of:
- recipes
- FI-LAB Blueprints availability
