[Fiware-apps] WP3: D2.6.3 - State of the Art Analysis --> Your input until 07.03 final deadline

Dear WP3,

I attach the consolidated version of the D2.6.3. "State of the Art" Deliverable in its current form. Current state is that only UPM has kindly contributed well in-time (they did it again...) while all others have contributed simply nothing up to now.

The full D2.6.3 document with contributions from all chapters needs to go out on 14.March to EC according to TID's plans. Therefore we are more than due with our apps chapter input delivered to TID/Miguel who coordinates it and relies on us chapters here for our input. Please keep in mind that I have repeatedly asked for input from you, please do deliver now.

I have now formulated the document as I would send it out towards EC. All missing texts have been written as "no input was submitted by XY" when your input is missing.


@ALL except UPM:
Please replace this text phrase with your input if you intend to deliver. You may contact Thorsten or Torsten from SAP for further discussion if you think that you do not need to contribute or need help.
As deadline, please deliver to Thorsten Sandfuchs until Friday 07.03 (this week). Thorsten will further consolidate it and forward it.

IMPORTANT:

1.      Please keep in mind, that by agreement WPLs it is planned that NO second iteration will happen. Instead, your text will not come back to us and will be sent immediately to EC (!)

2.      Please do not reply to me as I will be on vacation until 17.3., but instead Torsten Leidig or Thorsten Sandfuchs during my vacation.

Hi all,

I attach my proposal for the TOC / template for the upcoming deliverable "D2.6.3 State of the Art".

The Idea as from WPL/WPA round is to have "executive summaries" per chapter in order to avoid excessive update while reporting about recent developments / delta w.r.t the D2.6.2 deliverable version before.
The deadline for the Apps chapter input to D2.6.3 to be sent by WPL to TID is set for 14.March 2014, a bit time to go, but we can start now and try to complete this fast. With your input I will then consolidate and redistribute/add surrounding texts.

Please fill in your (final) input here as indicated (red color) and return the WORD to me with your input.

Deadline for your input: Friday 07. February EOB
