Dear all WP3,

TID has started the activity for deliverable D1.2.6 Periodic Report now. Please read the following mail from him. The deliverable is due for M40, but M36-leaving-partners deliver to it in a “phase 1” – see below. For us WP3 this means activity for following phase 1 partners: DT, iMinds, SAP. All others are phase 2 partners and need to deliver until August.

Of course, the final delivery of this deliverable will only happen later - as noted below this is after August, 22nd during extension period…

@ALL:

An idea for discussion: Do you as a phase 2 partner want to contribute also now initially and add more details later during the extension period? This would as advantage mean I can help with moderate/look over it as a courtesy.  Personally I would more tend toward that each partner delivers initial content now / helps in writing the general sections from WPL side (me or the next WP3 WPL later) when we can see now what the whole WP3 team delivers as core results and messages. Its’ up to you to decide. So feel free to also start reporting in phase 1….

Please mail you opinion to our mailing list until Tuesday 1.4 EOB. If you keep silent, you as a phase 2 partner simply deliver nothing to Periodic Report now in phase 1…

We are going to deliver the D1.2.6 Periodic Report in two phases:

IMPORTANT: Each WP has a specific google doc link below (so, the consortium will be able to check it whenever they want). We’ll no accept other kind of document. Please, use them.
PHASE 1:
1.- Deadline: April 22nd, 2014.
2.- Each WPL will fill out the contributions, deviations and evaluation of partners ending on M36:

3.- WPL of WP3 will fill out the general contribution, deviation and evaluation of WP3. (due to WPL will end on M36). The rest of the WPL will fill out the general information of each WP during the second phase.

PHASE 2:

2.- Each WPL will fill out the contributions, deviations and evaluation of partners ending  on M40:

Dear all,
I need your contributions as WPL in order to deliver the Periodic Report of M36.
This time we are going to use Google Docs to manage it. Each partner will be able to access it any time to assess the current status. Only the respective WPL of each WP and the TID Coordination will be able to edit it.
I kindly ask you to respect the template because the Commission has asked us to keep consistency and they want to have the information broken down per partner.
Please note that, as in previous reports, the first section is about the WP as a team, and each task is evaluated per partner. Please do not erase any partner and fill in all of them.

 As soon as I have the consumption of PM of each partner in M25-M36, I’ll tell you. We have it until M33 at the moment.
 Deadline: April 22nd 2014.
 We will probably need a new iteration after this deadline to assess the consolidated effort of each partner. We’ll basically need you to evaluate each declaration of effort.
