[Fiware-apps] Guidelines for publishing videos

Hi All,

Regarding GE videos and learning resources, Davide recommends to upload 
videos on channels like YouTube or the like, so that they can be later 
embedded in the corresponding course on the e-learning platform.

There is no normative procedure, however you can find guidelines here:
