[Fiware-apps] Guidelines for publishing videos

Hi Javier,
there isn't a predefined youtube channel, or other platform, where to
upload videos ... it's just a way to proceed that I've seen producing good
results. Initially it started the other way around with partners that was
publishing videos in other platforms and after linking them from the
course. I support this option also because it's possible to increase the
"propagation" of training without duplication (that will end very soon a
jungle of different versions)

If you have a long video (maybe taken from a webinar) you can upload it in
YT and create separate topics in the training course that points directly
to specific minutes of the video ...

hope this helps,
kind regards,
Davide
