Attendees: IBM, TID, Intel, TRDF, UPM Agenda Progress with HLDesc Terminology section Final round of addressing comments Minutes: Overall, there has been a good progress with the document. There are still number of open comments, most of which are planned to be closed by tomorrow (which is the deadline to deliver a snapshot to Juanjo for integration). We have reviewed the current list of terms in the "Terms and Definitions" section. It was agreed that we will focus on conceptual terms which are important to get a feeling of the main capabilities that our WP is going to provide -- rather than trying to elaborate on every term and acronym in the text. For those terms which are less central, we will address them in the text (optionally as a footnote) -- at least for now. Also, to make the list shorter and more focused, we will consider merging related concepts together under the same bullet (e.g., vertical and horizontal elasticity). We have reviewed some of the open comments, and agreed on the way to address them. We will follow-up on few others offline. We will consider another conf call tomorrow, to finalize last details before submission of the snapshot. It is not clear whether when specifying 'unique selling points', we should focus on differentiation compared to competition. If the target audience is the UC projects, they are probably not familiar with the competition, and could benefit from just understanding the important design aspects -- not necessarily unique to our solution. Action Items: Alex will review the current list of terms, and will send an email with suggested changes (by the end of the day today) Everyone will review the suggested list of terms, will contribute additional terms and will elaborate on description of existing terms as needed. The deadline is tomorrow (22/6) noon (CET). Everyone will address the comments that they have been identified as an 'OWNER' (by the end of the day today), and then will review the changes for comments that they author (by tomorrow noon). We will have a conf call tomorrow 1-2pm CET to discuss remaining open issues (all -- please, let me know if you can't make it), towards sending the final draft to Juanjo by the end of the day (tomorrow). Alex will follow-up with Juanjo regarding 'unique selling points' -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
