Attached is the new version of the API diagram that Fernando and I worked on
yesterday.

@Serge, when during yesterday's conversation, we were not sure what
management API/protocol would be used between cloud hosting components and
the cloud edge/proxy. Have you any comments/views on this?

FYI: the transport within resource management will be message-based however
the transport is likely to be one that is not suited to the internet. It is
however possible to bridge from one to another more suitable (e.g. from AMQP
to XMPP).
