[Fiware-cloud] Materializing Cloud Hosting in FI-WARE

All,

I've re-created the Cloud Chapter tracker. As discussed, please, proceed 
with re-populating the entries. Don't forget to assign release and sprint 
to those Features & User Stories/Work Items planned for the first 
release/sprint.
Just to remind you that the deadline is November, 10th.

Dear all,

We have been struggling to get back the old tracker with very little
luck. So unfortunately we will have to retype all the entries on the
tracker (or, better,  copy-paste from the wiki)

I did not want to leave today without sending this warning (tomorrow is
a bank holiday in Madrid)
