Miguel, Please find attached the WP4 progress report. Contributions: ----------------------------------- IBM: yes Intel: yes UPM: yes TID: yes Technicolor: pending ----------------------------------- Since I didn't have the Technicolor contribution, I compiled something myself based on the wiki and tracker. Serge, Pascal, please review and modify the Technicolor part as you see fit Everybody, please review and provide additional feedback to Miguel and Juanjo. Thanks for making this effort on such a short notice! Good night. -- david ======================================= David Breitgand, Ph. D. I said I was going to send a reasonable example in case it could help. Please see the reporting sent by WP7, I like it. In this case, you should have requested this info from TID (Fernando, Javier or whoever). I understand the situation but please let us not change the general scenario, WPLs are responsible for this. I am personally aggregating WP1 and WP12 and I am getting texts like that. And I simply edit it as I deem it reasonable, without going to each one. I just leave a general description taking the info when it is usefuil and dismissing where it's not. I am not extreme about deleting mentions to partners, but I avoid a mere enumeration of individual partners, which is normally not a good sign (un-integrated work). Thanks Miguel El 14/11/2011 16:15, David Breitgand escribió: Hi Fernando, I did not know about this. Is Xavier doing the aggregation work for the WP4 report? The reason I'm asking is that there was a gap in communication among the partners. Should we send our contributions for WP4 to Xavier for aggregation??? I'm kind of confused who is responsible for what. In any case, I would gladly let Xavier doing this work of aggregation. Please confirm that he is responsible for this. Concerning the content of your contribution. As Miguel specified in his instructions: "Do not provide a breakdown of what each partner has done. The description is general and presents the results as the outcome of teamwork. Punctual mentions to specific partners with specific and clearly defined tasks are allowed but avoid enumerations of partners everywhere! That is to say, you must describe the achievements of your work package as a whole, not the achievements of each partner, going one by one. " Can you please take a few minutes to slightly edit your contribution to follow this instructions? In your tasks, you start with "TID as a leader", etc. Thanks for promptly responding on the section numbers. Dear partners, please follow Fernando's example and communicate your contributions to me promptly. Thanks. -- david ======================================= David Breitgand, Ph. D.
