We are going to hold a virtual face-to-face meeting (i.e., all-day 
conference call + web conference) on December 1st, between 10am and 6pm

Tentative agenda:
- walk-through of an end-to-end scenario of provisioning, monitoring and 
policy-based auto-scaling of a composite service comprising a multi-tier 
application
- discuss workplan towards demonstrating the above scenario by the end of 
year-one
