Sure, doing some preparation can be helpful. Regarding the scope -- I would really like to focus on a relatively simple scenario (like the one I've outlined in the suggested agenda). Being agile, we shouldn't try addressing all the scenarios at once. In particular, I suggest leaving cross-DC, inter-cloud and cloud edge aspects to another meeting.

Regarding status -- we can use the weekly slot on Tuesday for that (as well as to discuss the agenda for the vF2F in more detail).

Regards,
Alex

Well

That is wonderful, then to obtain a super-productive day I suggest that from now till next week we prepare some slides about the open questions.

In my case, I will try to prepare several related to monitoring architecture that we use, how to resolve the federation and Inter-cloud broker with Claudia, together with other one in which I describe the extension of OVF that we are using if a had time for it.

But I suggest to have also presentations about how to manage the policy-driven local and cross data centre optimization, the description of services to de deployed in the Cloud-Proxy, and so on.

In fact those will be the Action Points (AP) that I wanted to fix for the PhC of T4.4 (except the part of Cloud Proxy that is more related to all WP4).

Regarding the Task 4.5 we can provide a summarize about our current discussion and work in progress.

I suggest that we do the same for all the Task involve in this WP.
