Comments are welcome. Attendees: IBM (Alex, David), Intel (Andy), TID (Fernando), Technicolor (Serge) Agenda: 1st project review last week 1st sprint wrap-up and 2nd sprint planning Expectations towards the vF2F on Thursday Minutes: The project review last week went well, focusing on overall project plans, the way to make impact on the industry, collaboration with UC projects, etc. We are on track with most of the user stories and work items planned for sprint 1.1.1. Few will continue into 1.1.2. Having the second sprint end at the end of December is an issue due to holidays. Action Item [Alex]: follow up with Juanjo, report back to the team ASAP We agreed that by our next week's weekly call we will 1) update the status in tracker of stories assigned to sprint 1.1.1, and 2) assign stories/work items for the following sprint, 1.1.2. Action Item [Task Leads, by December 5th]: update stories in tracker associated with sprints 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 We need to document the outcomes of the user stories/work items pursued during the current sprint. It was agreed to use our project private Wiki for that, and add link from the corresponding tracker item. Action Item [Task Leads, by December 5th]: create a page in the private wiki for each story/work items assigned to sprint 1.1.1 or 1.1.2, document the results for stories which have been completed, as well as expected outcomes ('acceptance criteria') for stories being scheduled for sprint 1.1.2. Add an additional link to the "URL" field in the tracker. Action Item [Alex]: create main page for the private wiki, with some hierarchy (note: should not be a prereq for completing the previous TODO) We need to decide what level of support for Object Storage should be included in the first major release (this might influence other things we might or might not be able to deliver). Action Item [Alex]: check whether UC projects express any particular interest in Object Storage, or any of its specific features. Action Item [Alex]: Report to the team on the progress/outcomes of reviewing the tickets submitted by UC projects. On Thursday, the main focus will be on scenarios across SM and RM, interfaces between them, etc. Mandatory for people involved in those two GEs, optional for everyone else. Action Item [Alex]: summary of the main outcomes, to be shared with the rest of the team (e.g., during our next weekly meeting) We need to schedule a meeting to review the proposed architecture for Cloud Edge, including an initial take on the life cycle scenario. Action Item [Serge]: come back with the earliest possible date to conduct such a review (even a preliminary one, during December if possible). -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
