[Fiware-cloud] next steps

Hi all,

Do not forget the meaning of feature and the different between it and User Story. In fact, regarding the comments from Alex, we have to provide a list of "Features" but also "User Stories". Afterwards, we have to select which of them we want to implement in the first minor release. This means that not all Features or User Stories have to be scheduled in the first minor release.

Regarding the different between Feature and User Stories, you can see a Feature like a functionality that you can know that will be implemented in 60 days or 3 months of work and then corresponding to a period of time of a minor release. A User Story is just the third part of a Feature (that is 20 days or 1 month of work).

At least, this is the concept that I have in mind when I talk about them.

Also, remember that we need to come up with a list of 'features' for the first minor release (3 months, Nov-Jan). The features must be formulated in such a way that they can be *completed* during this period (also, remember the other INVEST/SMART criteria).
