[Fiware-cloud] Status of Cloud WP

Dear all,

I am afraid that the activity in Cloud has been very low these days.
Entire sections are not fully completed  and there's still some work to do.

Please take action as we are going to miss the deadline of the end of
October (I kindly remind you that this would be a delay on top of a
delay - the initial deadline was the end of September)
