[Fiware-cloud] [FIWARE] Use case example

Looks good. Few comments:
- architecturally, I think we mentioned that Image Repository will be part 
of RM, at least for now. Although the API to approach it could be 
different. So, we can simplify a bit the sequence diagram.
- we may want to add tokens to the flow
- server creation returns a unique ID. then, you may want to use it to 
verify the status of the created server.
