[Fiware-cloud] Architecture deliverable

Dear All,

I hope you are making progress with the Architecture deliverable due by 
February 17th.
We will review the status during our upcoming weekly call on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, you can take a look at the details that I've provided at the 
chapter level, at

Also, you can find the guidelines for describing the architecture of the 
individual GEs at

Here is the list of GEs that we agreed to specify in the first release, 
with names of people coordinating the work on the corresponding GE:
Data Center Resource Management [Alex]
Object Storage [Andy]
Service Management [Fernando]
Monitoring [Fernando]
User Portal [Irina]

Regarding Cloud Edge GE -- can we assume that it is outlined under the 
I2ND chapter? Pascal/Serge/Henk -- please, confirm.
