Also, notice that Manuel is going to take a snapshot of the tracker today, 
to produce the M24 Backlog deliverable. Please, double check *now* that 
our tracker is in a reasonable shape (the snapshot doesn't have to 
represent transition to the next sprint).

Let me remind you that we are finishing sprint S2.3.1-M24 and about to 
start S2.3.2-M25, which places us in the last two months before closing 
the Second Major Release.

Please, update your backlog items accordingly:
1.       Close the backlog items finished during M24 (if not already done)
2.       Update items under execution not finished to belong to S2.3.2
3.       Proceed to identify the backlog items to be delivered during 
S2.3.2. This task should be finished the first week of S2.3.2-M25
 
Let me inform you that I?m about to get a snapshot of the backlog to 
produce the corresponding deliverable today.
I assume you didn?t miss my previous messages about sprint transitions, so 
there shouldn?t be major concern about the tracker containing the actual 
state of the backlog!!
