[Fiware-cloud] [FIWARE.Cloud] Overview of the Monitoring information in the portal

Hi Alex, Fernando, 

you can find here a quick list of Nagios Core feature s, which could be extended via a plug-in system. 

Anyway there are other more complete systems that natively allow you to have an enterprise grade network monitoring and network management (so SNMP and network devices included), not only limited to services, which could be more suitable for production and testbed facility. In details, I am referring to OpenNMS and ZenOSS, that are truly distributed, scalable platform for all aspects of the FCAPS network management model. 

I let you notice that for OpenNMS is available a demo at their website . 

In order to have a comparison between all of them, I have found a good report (dated 2008), where at end "goodies" and "baddies" are summarized.
