Alex, sincerely, I do not understand the comments from the reviewers and if it is sounds like I
can imagine I was surprised why the rest of the FIWARE consortium has not rejected also these
deliverables.

Yep. We need to assess the reasons for the rejection (attaching below the corresponding text) and make sure our M24 deliverables are addressing the concerns of the reviewers.
Please, notice that as stated in the report:
"None of the deliverables requires resubmission, as the next iterative version is due in
the next review period. As this is an interim review, no cost assessments are given."

Alex

D4.1.1b GE Open Specification
Although some improvements to the structure and the format have been made, the deliverable
still does not provide sufficient ground for practical implementation by software developers.
A lot of information is taken from the FI-WARE Architecture deliverable, but that does not
help much in making the deliverable more practical. The main goal of the document, namely
to facilitate usage and integration of GE implementations, as well as to support the
development of compliant implementations of GEs by third parties, is still not achieved.
For the next version, a lower level of abstraction is required, with more substantive content
on practical usage scenarios; the scenarios should be illustrated with formalizations or
diagrams. Incorporation of feedback from software developers, especially those in the Use
Case projects, should be demonstrated.
As a minor comment, the document would benefit from stylistic improvements, such as use
of a common glossary.
Deliverable D4.1.1b is rejected. No submission is required.

D4.5.1 Unit Testing Plan and Report
The document does not constitute a real test plan as it does not explain how the tests will be
carried out. It provides little or no information on the features to be tested, roles and
responsibilities, prerequisites to begin testing, assumptions, what to do after a test is
successfully carried out, what to do if a test fails, glossary and other relevant information for
test plans. Test coverage concerning what requirements will be verified during what
stages/releases is also not specified.
The test cases are not sufficiently defined in terms of specifying the set of conditions or
variables under which a tester will determine whether the GE is working correctly or not.
Also unclear are the input data, expected results and actual results.
The relation between the tests and the listed test features to be tested listed is not always clear
(e.g. testing the creation of a child container that is not a CDMI container).
All the tests are positive. As such, they do not provoke anomalous behaviour in order to
reveal the presence of defects.
Deliverable D4.5.1 is rejected. No submission is required.
