[Fiware-cloud] URGENT: please, update our open specs

I am a bit concerned that those last reviews may arrive late, delaying the 
delivery. We may decide to deliver without waiting for last peer reviews.
So, if we can handle in the upcoming 3 days (Mon-Wed) all open specs which 
have been already reviewed -- I think it would be good enough. Of course, 
if we get more peer-reviews in the mean time, we may decide to defer 
delivery for another couple of days, if needed.

Just some comments, some of those review was provided during this weekend 
or today and some of the review are yet missing, then the deadline of 
Wednesday EoB is pretty optimistic.

Please, update the wiki pages by EOB Wednesday, so that I can generate the 
deliverables and deliver shortly after. Remember that the official due 
date was end of April, and the official project review (which should 
provide initial feedback on M24 deliverables) is on June 12th -- so we 
must deliver soon enough for the reviewers to review it. The delays are 
mostly not our fault, but we should make an effort to mitigate the 
possible impact of delivering late (such as cost rejection). Also remember 
that Open Specs of WP4 is a separate deliverable, which has been rejected 
last time. Please, give this high priority, and let me know if there are 
any issues.
