[Fiware-cloud] [FIWARE] Roadmap update

Dear Alex et all,

I just make some update in the Roadmap document in the wiki in order to reflect the new Release in which we are working now. I could see some Features from your side in the table that I translate to the third release. But, there are lots of missing features for this Release. Besides, it could be necessary to tai a view on the Future Release section.
