[Fiware-cloud] plans for final FI-WARE release

Dear partners,

Please, let me know ASAP whether you plan to deliver the final release of 
your GE in 3.2 (by the end of January, according to the original schedule) 
or in 3.3 (following the plan to extend the project until August, and 
defer the final release to April).
