[Fiware-cloud] Open Specs - request for action

Manual, all, 
No worries, everything is under control (although a bit delayed, as 
usual).
I plan to produce the consolidated version for review of the 2nd wave this 
Sunday (waiting for last inputs due tomorrow).
I have the results of the first wave (just the Job Scheduler GE), but I 
don't see any point publishing it separately, since the delivery will be 
in one piece (after the second wave). As opposed to some other chapters, 
it is just one GE - not a self-contained document. Also, I am still 
waiting for some minor updated from Inria, which, I believe, will be on 
time for the delivery.
I did the peer review of the I2ND spec myself, not to bother other 
partners - I assumed noone would object.

There is also moderate progress getting hardware for the integration of 
the 3rd release GEs in the testbed.

I apologize for keeping some of the details to myself - I didn't think 
they are of high interest for most of the partners.

Dear Alex, Dear Cloud Partners,
 
Let me address you this way. 
 
Week after week I check the lack of progress on the open specs having 
reached the point where all other chapters finished the 1st wave except 
Cloud, whose link to the final deliverable is still missing, having been 
its deadline 28.Feb.

While the other chapters are progressing in the second wave, Cloud chapter 
seem stall. At least nothing transpire to us.
Since Alex is not attending the weekly meetings, I?m not sure whether 
you?re aware of due action points, or whether you check the minutes.

I would appreciate you?d take due action to:
1.       Provide the link to the final doc of the first wave
2.       Provide the links to the input dos of the second wave
