[Fiware-cloud] canceling FI-WARE WP4 weekly meetings

Dear partners,

Since not much is happening in the FI-WARE project these days, we will 
cancel the weekly WP4 meetings. We can always schedule ad-hoc meetings to 
discuss specific topics, of course.
Don't hesitate to contact me if there are any issues/doubts/questions.
