[Fiware-data] Final version of the Data/Context Management chapter

Hi,

   I have uploaded a revised final version of the Data/Context
Management chapter on FusionForge.  You can locate it at:

   I believe all changes I made where under change control but I'm not
sure (there might be other changes but they should be editorial)

   Unless I hear any objection from you along today, I will use it for
the final integration of the complete FI-WARE High-level Description
deliverable.
