[Fiware-data] IMPORTANT: Assignment of UC project tickets linked to the Complex Event Processing Engine

Dear all,

   I have started assigning you some of the tickets being issued by the
UC projects.

   My understanding is that you should have received an email once a
ticket has been assigned to you.   Please confirm.   Anyways, I will
provide a list of assignment I have made later today (probably this
evening).   If you are not receiving emails, please go to the "FI-WARE
Themes/Epic/Feature request" tracker linked to the FI-WARE tracker on
FusionForge and check what tickets may have been assigned to you.

   In my opinion, most of the tickets correspond to functionality that
either should be supported already in the baseline asset linked to the
GE (at, least IMHO) or is currently in our plan to support it in
FI-WARE.    I have provided a first response to those tickets (based on
the "Probably covered but requires further analysis" canned response)
but passed them into the "Under Evaluation by FI-WARE" status and
assigned them to you.   Please quickly check them and decide whether
they should be transitioned to the "Already Covered by Baseline Asset"
or "Covered by FI-WARE Backlog Entries" Status.   Before handling any
ticket, please check the tutorial on How to handle FI-WARE

   IMPORTANT NOTE:  I remind you that there is a serious bug currently
on the tracker (under analysis by the FusionForge support team) which
implies you SHOULD NOT make (or build) a query on the tracker asking for
tickets assigned to some given person.   If you establish a condition in
the request about the assignee, then it will return an error, but more
importantly, you won't be able to get access to the tracker any longer
because that query (which returns an error message) will be your default
query, so you get an error whenever you try to access the tracker :-(
