[Fiware-data] Asking for help for the Chapter introduction

Dear Juanjo, all,

If no other volunteer, I can try to propose 1/2 page using some of the 
text which is in the DoW (thanks Guy for pointing out) + a more focused 
explanation + some references highlighting the importance. not only 
general text.
