To summarize what I have received from you so far (to see if I have not
missed anything)
1. No meeting this week.
2. Next week meeting as planned - Friday 27th at 9:30 CET
3. By next meeting prepare first draft of each partner's responsibilities
to review during the call (according to the latest template in forge) -
this also includes suggestion in naming the GE
4. Comments on architecture picture by next meetings

Correct? Something missing?

  I mentioned to re-schedule our confcall for mid next week but I believe
it would be enough if we keep it on friday May from 09:30 to 11:00 (this
will be our default option) provided you start work hard on the edition of
the different sections. We should try to have a first take on them that
we can review on friday.

  Just a reminder on what we agreed regarding the different sessions.

    I hope you all have received the template I have distributed to all
WPs regarding the deliverable. You should start writing a first draft
of some sections according to what we agreed during our last confcall:

    * Off-line analysis-processing/mining platform (TID)
    * Intelligent Services Plug-ins (TID)
    * Real-time stream processing based on CPE (IBM)
    * Real-time stream processing based on map-reduce (TID)
    * Preprocessing of meta-data during/after gathering (Siemens)
    * Preprocessing of unstructured data during/after gathering (ATOS)
    * Data/Context Pub/Sub Broker (TI) - note: Orange have brought also
some asset here and TID wish to incorporate some requirements
    * Semantic Web annotation tools (ATOS)
    * Searching/Query-access (???)
    * Multimedia analysis to gather multimedia meta-data (Siemens)

  I remind all editors of the above sub-sections they should send a better
title for them. This was an action on ALL that is still pending.

To be pragmatic and be able to deliver a description on time, Telecom
Italia leads the edition of the Pub/Sub Broker Section and should start
writing it. The description should incorporate features by TID and Orange
and the two of them will participate as reviewers of this section (we have
setup a doodle to start discussion on this matter). Remember that
description should be high-level for deliverable in month 2, not tied to
any specific asset.

  Best regards,

-- Juanjo
