[Fiware-data] FANO: You issued tickets linked to Pub/Sub in the wrong tracker

Dear Fano,

   I'm afraid that you have created the tickets linked to
Epics/User-Stories linked to semantic support functionality associated
to the Pub/Sub Broker GE in the wrong tracker !!

   You had to create them in the "Backlog Management" tracker of the
"FI-WARE Data" chapter project in FusionForge.   Not in the
"Theme/Epic/Feature requests" tracker in the "FI-WARE" project !!   This
last tracker is the one where UC projects should submit their requests
for additional entries in the FI-WARE Backlogs ....

   Please fix this ASAP.

   I copy the rest of the team to make sure we are on the same page !
