[Fiware-data] Minutes of the Call today

Dear All, 

the Telecom Italia insertion left in the minutes is outdated. It cites "TI (PubSub): Currently involved in the finalizing of IoT NSGI-like binding. Hopefully SPECS  we will have it closed by the END OF THIS MOTH because ONLY THEN TI will start with the development of the secondary Pub/Sub GE interface accordingly to the previous communication." 

THIS month is referred to MARCH (NOT April) and TI is NOT yet started with the development of IoT NGSI due to specification still in progress.
