[Fiware-data] All Data/Context chapter Release1 GEs will be ready in the testbed by end of July

Dear Colleagues,

As long as we did not receive any deviation communications, I have updated our chapter Technical Roadmap accordingly with the sentence proposed by Juanjo:

 "Following is a description of the major features that will be supported in the first major release of FI-WARE. These features will be implemented by a number of FI-WARE Generic Enablers (GEs) implementing the Reference Architecture of the Data/Context Chapter<https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Data/Context_Management_Architecture_%28PRELIMINARY%29>. It is planned that they will be available on the FI-WARE Testbed by end of July."
