[Fiware-data] reposrt of APs done and suggestion

Dear Carlos,

I've processed the APs assigned and agreed during the WP call today. I believe that there is no sense to write more about the Semantic Annotation then is already there, at least personally I do not see any additional value in any other text.

I have also a suggestion - it will be very helpful, especially when we have the APs assigned "for_tomorrow" to upload immediately just after the call the minutes into the chapter private area in order to keep everything (docs, minutes, pics, etc.) in the same place hence very easy to find. The G docs is extremely efficient and easy to use during the call, not so easy to find right URI and open thought.
