[Fiware-data] Minutes of Today's call

Don't forget we have still pending from the last call the TI's backlog discussion proposed and not yet done. Just as a comment to the last APs within the minutes.

One organizational suggestion to have:

(MS Outlook + Google Calendar)_meeeting_Request + Dedicated session in FI-WARE Data Chapter mngmnt part with:
1. when (weekly, on Thursdays from 10:30am 1.5h duration)
2. tools: powwownow:
        a. phone numbers for partners countries (we are just few so less thus 10 numbers directly there + the international number available for anyone from everywhere) + link to the pdf in the network;
        b. meeting passcode for powwownow session;
        c. webex sharing direct link and passcode (for newcomers);
3. Link to the g.doc area (not direct link to the documents) but to the area (if possible) with minutes. In alternative we may have one unique per WP6 calls living document incrementally registering everything, at the same link, instead of many documents with their dedicated links.
4. the same as point 3 above for internal fi-ware servers e.g. forge uploading area (or .doc to wiki converted pages) where the same minutes document(s) is (are) converted in order to have it in our official site independently of 3rd party (G).

it will really greatly improve the logistic especially for those involved in many activities, with  tight agendas and maybe extensively travelling, but always connected with iPhone/PC/Android devices (they have such features as pushing reminders to users even with no connectivity).
