[Fiware-data] Draft proposal of Data/Context Agenda for Madrid meeting

Dear WP colleagues,

Looking at the agenda, it seems that the Data WP has no meetings on
Monday.
I would like to check with the BigData and Pub/Sub representatives if some
are available for meeting on Monday.
This way, we could come with more sound directions for integration between
the BigData, Pub/Sub and CEP GEs, since I'm not sure that the 1.5h planned
slot in the overall agenda would be sufficient.
