[Fiware-data] Data/Context Review Slides: Need your input (easy ; -) )

Carlos,

I'm on holidays right now and cannot give you a contribution to ppt. However, please consider my comments I've sent to you and Juanjo about the:
- real time recommendation;
- web analysts for the user behavior and profiling deriving;
- social networking.
That was asked explicitly by many UCP and you have indications precisely to them in that my previous email.

Plus, many UCPs have asked publish/subscribe GE and a lot of questions has been asked about semantic annotation in the last UCP session.

Regarding multimedia analysis GE they  would like to have also the picture and audio analysts, not only video.

This is not about what we have done but what we are going to do, I hope, and what is asked from UCP to FI-WARE.

"The functionality provided by the Multimedia Analysis GE is not only planned to be used by FI-CONTENT but also by other UC projects (especially SAFECITY, but there is also interest by SMARTAGRIFOOD, OUTSMART, etc.)"

2) Your view on the benefits for UCs to use our assets/work compared to other alternatives (i.e. other existing products or UCs specific solutions). example from Peter again regarding the MM analysis GE:
"In addition, requirements across multiple usage domains can be better addressed in the international standardization, e.g. at ISO/MPEG. These activities, of course need to be well coordinated inside the FI-PPP (both FI-WARE and UC projects). FI-WARE is well positioned to influence MPEG standards with two long-term members in the body (one serving as Head of Delegation for Germany)."
