[Fiware-data] Revision of Data/Context Management Technical Roadmap

Hi all,

  I will act as WPL while Carlos is on Paternity leave.    So don't hesitate to contact me on any matter.

  I have carried out a revision of the contents of our chapter's contribution to the FI-WARE Technical Roadmap deliverable.   A new version of it is available at:

  Please take a few minutes to review that everything is ok with you.   Besides a few changes to improve readability, I have added the following major clarifications:

 *   Explain that all GEs will provide a Restful API for app developers
 *   Explain that the Pub/Sub Broker GE will implement a subset of the operations defined in FI-WARE NGSI Restful API for the first release and the complete FI-WARE NGSI Restful API in the Second Release (A ContextML-based higher-level API will be supported also in the first release)
