[Fiware-data] Important: I have moved Data Open Specifications contents to the Public Wiki - Needs your review

Dear WP colleagues,

I have moved contents from the original placeholders to the public Wiki for your convenience (including graphics if any).

I have not moved PubSub (Boris, it seems to me it is still under construction?) and SemanticAnnotation (this was for the second release and thus not described, right?).


They are now in the public wiki placeholder as indicated by Juanjo at:
  https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Summary_of_FI-WARE_Open_Specifications

However, you have to review the contributions so they are aligned withe the guidelines at:
  https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fi-ware-private/index.php/Where_and_how_to_publish_Open_Specifications

Note that 'Other Open API Specifications' and 'Other FI-WARE Open Specifications' sections are now empty and have to be completed by you if necessary (moving the contents from wherever they are). The first one is for non-RESTful APIs and the second for any other specs not being APIs.

Please remember that the deadline is today 12h CET (but please keep on reviewing and let me know if you need more time if not fully ready then).
