[Fiware-data] Re-submission of Data/Context Open Specifications Deliverable (D.6.1.a)

Thanks a lot for your efforts to update the OpenSpecs in the wiki, specially last week.

Apart form this, the Open Specifications have undergone a deep review of the contents as well as a restructuring that has largely improved the usefulness and readability of the documents.
