[Fiware-data] Important: Last call for updating Dissemination/Communication/Collaboration + 2012/2013 Planned events

Dear Colleagues,

I know most of you have already been updating Dissemination/Collaboration/Communication wiki pages.

However, if there are some missing actions, it is the right time to fix it.
This way your individual contributions and the chapter efforts on this will be completely considered in the review presentation. As said in the first item in the e-mail below, we need this updated before 12AM CET tomorrow.

For the second item in the e-mail below (planned events/conferences for 2012/2013), I also need your cooperation. Please reply this e-mail with your plans and I'll make an overall chapter plan. It is not a formal commitment to attend but it has to be certainly a possibility.

In order to correctly take into account all dissemination and collaboration efforts and draw an accurate plan in the review, we need the following actions from your side:

1. Updating the wiki-pages on dissemination, communication and collaboration with the latest actions within your chapters. Please, forward this to your partners so they do it before tomorrow 12h PM CET, when I'm getting the final numbers/statistics and key contributions.

2. Listing the key conferences and events that your chapter is planning to attend till the end of 2013.
For each entry we need Conf/Event Name - Date - Location - Our role there (Just 1 line) - Expected impact (just 1 line)
I just need WP leaders replying this e-mail with that information today.

3. Optionally, providing any relevant communication or collaboration planned actions that you know today and would make sense to mention during the review dissemination slot.
