[Fiware-data] Important: 2nd OpenSpecs PeerReview ready

Dear Colleagues,

3 guys from the Cloud chapter have performed the second review on our Open-Specs.
Can you please process and apply changes in the three files (each reviewer has processed the sections as mentioned in the files)?

For instance, John Kenedy file focusses only on Query Broker GE, Semantic Annotation GE, Semantic Support GE and Wiki style guide.

Please, process the comments regarding your specific GEs and I'll take care of the overall aspects.
