[Fiware-data] IoT Chapter architecture review

As I advanced last week, we have to make the second peer review of the IoT chapter architecture. Attending the volunteers and previous reviewers, I have assigned the following reviews:

Francisco (TID) FIWARE.ArchitectureDescription.IoT.Backend.DeviceManagement
Francisco (TID FIWARE.ArchitectureDescription.IoT.Gateway.DeviceManagement
Peter Amon (SIEMENS) FIWARE.ArchitectureDescription.IoT.Gateway.DataHandling
Fano (Orange) FIWARE.ArchitectureDescription.IoT.Gateway.ProtocolAdapter

This task should have started last Wednesday and should finish tomorrow. Therefore, if we finish this week, it would be a good performance.
