This is the re-review :)

Note that there are still open issues. The most important ones are:

  *   There are still several inconsistencies in the UTP
  *   I read that the SAS does not deliver sw and then we  see on the Files tools that they deliver software?? Can you please explain? I see contradictory messages...
  *   The Semantic Annotation has ugly inconsistencies that must be fixed (even if they are not delivering in R2, this is on the public wiki and everyone on the internet  can see this!). We talk about think that can be solved very quickly, not deep changes.

I CC Christof just to give him thanks for his support in pushing this in the absence of Sergio. No action required on his side!

An important issue: Semantic Annotation GE has not delivered new software, just update Release 1 documentation. Therefore, there's no need to deliver it with R2 documentation.  However, the comments have been addressed and applied to the public wiki. On the other hand, the software that was available in SVN has been uploaded to the new binaries repository with the proper version (R1.1.2).

This is a consolidated version of all the cumulative excel files we have been sending you today. Please take this one as the final version for the review of your WP.



Caveat: this review is formal (it deals very little with the actual contents). Juanjo was anticipating technical reviews. My review does not preclude further reviews of technical nature that may take place when Juanjo decides to set up this technical review team.



I must make you aware that next week I will be on holidays so if you can manage changes soon, I may be able to give an extra pass and hopefully more approvals before leaving...
