[Fiware-data] FI-WARE NGSI Overview

Dear all,
To help with the preparation of the F2F meeting, I send  you herewith an introductory explanation of NGSI.
It would be helpful to have also an overview of the "output" of the different GEs that we are going to tackle: LOCS, CDVA, Stream Processing, MDP. A few slides explaining data formats and dynamics of the outputs (subscriptions, queries,...) would make it.
