[Fiware-data] WP6 Delivery of R2.3

Dear Miguel,
The delivery of WP6's  Release 2.3 is ready. The documents have been created / updated and you can find the links in the cockpit:

As you can see, updates are in the public wiki, while new deliveries are still in the private wiki until the review process finishes.

The software files have been also delivered/updated.
